Description

This is a wine of brilliant ruby color. It has a rich aroma of red fruits such as cherry and raspberry. It has a medium body, fresh, with a vibrant structure of mature tannins, and a silky and elegant finish.
The grapes are hand-harvested. This is followed by cold maceration, then carbonic maceration for 22 days. The wine is aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels.
