Winemaking Process: Wine fermented in granite stone lagares when must reached the desired sweetness value, fermentation was interrupted by the add of brandy(77%); ageing in oak wood barrels
for a minimum period of seven years, in our warehouses in Vila Nova de Gaia, till bottling.
Tasting Notes: Golden red color. The aroma is rich in ripe fruit with a touch of spice and vanilla notes. On the mouth is fresh, balanced, with silky tannins. The aftertaste is strong and persistent.
