Tasting Notes: Light pale pink color, denouncing a base wine made with red grapes. Medium bubble forming a persistent and lively cord. Delicate aroma, with fresh red fruits and notes of fruit syrup
involved by nuances of breadmaking and yeast notes. Mousse marked by a fine acidity that is balanced by the softness of the mousse. Long at the end of the tasting.
