Description
VINIFICATION: The grapes were harvested and selected by hand in order to select the best bunches. The wine fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
AGEING: 3 months in the bottle
AROMA: Fruity, with a predominance of green apple and melon. Herbaceous notes of asparagus.
FLAVOUR: Strong acidity with mineral notes, giving a persistent finish.
CUISINE: Very gastronomic when paired with baked fish dishes and roast meats.
