Bienvenido a Yon Wine! Your satisfaction is our priority. If you wish to return a product purchased through Yon Wine, please carefully read the policy below:


1. Período de retorno

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without providing any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the product.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • be in its original packaging
  • be unused
  • have the security seal intact
  • include all accessories or promotional items, if applicable


Products that have been opened, partially or fully consumed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.


3. Gastos de devolución

Los gastos de envío de la devolución corren a cargo del comprador, salvo en caso de defectos de fabricación o daños durante el transporte.

4. Cambio o devolución

Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your request.

If approved, you may, where applicable:

  • exchange the product for another available item, or
  • receive a refund of the product price and, where applicable, the standard delivery cost, in accordance with applicable law


Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

If a product is received with a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during transportation, you may request a return, replacement, or refund within a reasonable period after the issue is identified, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To initiate a request, please contact our support team and provide:

  • a description of the issue
  • photographic evidence, where possible


Once the issue is confirmed, Yon Wine will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or alternative solution depending on the circumstances.

Yon Wine will coordinate the resolution of such issues with the relevant supplier or logistics partner where applicable.
