At Cas’Amaro Project, we are committed to developing a sustainability policy in all its dimensions: environmental, economic, social and human.
Our project is based on a holistic vision that brings together several pillars such as architecture, design, art, wine, wine tourism and the passion of each and every employee.
We have agricultural properties in 5 regions of Portugal, Vinhos Verdes, Douro, Dão, Alentejo and Lisbon, where it all began, and in each of them we develop wine production and wine tourism projects (hospitality and restaurants) that always seek to reach levels of excellence.
It is also part of our vision to work in harmony with the nature that exists in each region. We maintained, developed and respected local ecosystems and native grape varieties, reinforcing the already planned intention of working organically, within existing terroirs.
We produce wines with strong, vibrant and unforgettable flavors that we want to be an example in each region. By vinifying each part of the vineyard in its own tank, we create the possibility of taking advantage of the unexpected, and making the best varietal wines or preparing the best blends to the market.
